I have heard many places around the USA are increasing the pay for CNA's because the demand is high ....there is currently a shortage in all nursing fields. I do recommend that you look at the entire job....not just pay, but the place itself.....is it clean? does it have a full staff? How many residents per nurse/nursing assistant? Look at the entire picture before choosing a job. I have found a good job myself....the pay isn't that great, but I am really happy.
I have heard lots of places are hiring CNA's for good money now. I just happen to live in a small town.....bigger towns probably pay more...
