To the best of my knowledge, there are no correspondent courses that will lead to State certification. Each state has its own rules about what you need to take as classwork and clinical experience and you have to do this before you can get a state approval.
If you will go to the buttons at the top of the message board and go to the button about applying for training - you will find a list of state agencies. Contact the agency in your state and ask them to tell you how to get training and approval in your state.

: I am 17 and want to start studying to be a cna before I am 18. I think I'm going to take a correspondence training course but I'm not sure if it will certify me. who do I ask and what can I do to get certified!! I know what I want to do and where I want to work I'm just not sure how to go about doing it. Please help
