I remember when a new R.N. started where I work about 15 years ago. She made it known that the CNAs WHERE NOT TO BE at the desk/talk to the MDs.,because we would "be in the way " of the MDS doing their job!!
And this person is now the DON and she stills has a very low opinion of CNAs!!
This hepls explain a BIG reason I no longer work as a CNA.
But our MDs. do not feel the same way they talk and joke with us, I don't think they always agree with her thinking.
