CNA & HHA pay rate in Florida?

Does anyone have an idea of what is being paid for
CNA's and Home Health Aides (with an at-home health
care provider)? I've heard around $6.60 a hour with no
benefits (insurance, paid time off, etc.). Anyone
know if this is about right?

• I will never advice anyone to move to florida. True cna is high demand in florida, but they don't pay; they have something call season that means cna is high on demand because the people who move from upnorth. Second If you believe in what you do; you cannot work as a cna in florida, why they have poor management. It is very rare to find a good cna to explain the assigment and what to do with the resident. Third, some of the nurses are rude; the majority of nurses are LPN which they believed they know the best also they have no respect for a cna opition. How much a cna gets pay from hospital start form $7.21 without differencial rate also it depends on your experiences.
