I think the nurses at the ficility I work at treat the aids like dirt. They never help us if we need it even though all they di is pass pills at sit at the nurses station. They push us around like they don't care if we are there or not even though they would go nuts if we left. I am also going to school to become an RN. I am in my first year and can't wait till I am done so I won't be pushed around as much. I will however miss the one-on-one closeness I have with the residents now.
