Paula, I forgot to give you the internet address to go to for the Nursing Home Staffing Report to Congress I mentioned in my firs follow-up. Go to the HCFA website at: www.HCFA.gov, then click on "what's new" then scroll down to the reports listed for August, 2000. The link to the report is at the August 1 date.

: I say "pretend" because I am basing it loosely on the

: Anyway, what I would like to know from those of you in

: 2. why and how do you get burned-out,
: 3. does the treatment and perceptions from other
: nursing staff weigh on your decision to leave a

: you from quitting to go to work at a better paying
: facility (what kind of incentives could you be

: Please don't hold anything back. I want to know how you
