WEll, TNA's (Training Nurse Assistants) in TX make 5.25 or 5.15 an hour , when finally Certified, they go up to about 6.00 something BUT----(more inside)--->>>

YES, the nursing home is only required to pay minimum wage, or aboe. re is NO SET pay rate at all,
if you accept the position at that rate of pay, then you accepted it on their terms.
Personally, that just actually goes to show what the NH really thinks of CNA's
based on their pay scale.
