First three questions I am going to answer:

1. What does it mean - "Time to Make it Personal?
----------------------
Making it personal, to me, means getting to know my residents. Not just about their disease and care plans, but to know
the personal likes and dislikes; the little things such as certain times to do cares, the certain way to butter a slice
of toast or add sugar to coffee. To know things about the families and past lives. To just know that this is a human being
who has lived an important life, who has much to teach me.

2. In what ways are you a key player in the life of another person?
----------------------
I am key player because I deliver almost all the daily personal care to my residents. I am the one who keeps them clean,
dressed well and groomed. I feed and assist with walking, exercising, bathing. No one else in the team does as much as I
do. And I know my residents better than anyone else on the team as well. Therefore I am KEY.

3. In what ways have you improved another's life?
----------------------
I improve the lives of my residents by advocating for them: I help them say "No".
I help them be the best they can be. I help them by being there for them, by getting others to hear them, to see them,
to love them.
