Well I must say, I'd like back up, when I see somehting in a facility, in a place where I work or could work, I'd like to see a little back up, a little more help, and a lot more done to those who ignore, abuse, and intimidate our clients. I am a private home health aide, who just got banned from a facility, for calling them a poorly ran place. And my agency that I was with, would not back me up, they would rather back up the mighty dollar. I'm in Palm Springs, CA. I have 10 years experiance, I make $10 an hour, I work about 60 hrs a week. I work so hard, because I love my work. I care about my clients. Not about the all mighty dollar.
