Dear Certified N A's;
Instead of being jealous of each other of the knowledge that God has blessed one with, applaude it and ask for that same blessing. His wisdom is infinite and He knows exactly what it takes to make us suceed at this caregiving business.
Please let this Millennium Gathering 2000 be a time for us to reflect on how important we all are. How best to treat our co-worker,/resident. Remember if it was not for them(residents) we would not have job.
Start your own peer group with the assistance of Ms. Gipson, if we had more Registered Nurses and supervisors like this wonderful person (Ms.Gipson),
The CNA crisis might not be so great.
Let us come together and make our future brighter, we deserve it. We are over 21 years old, and we are grown, so let's accept our responsibility and let it be known to our supervisors, let's give our co-workers comlpiments (in writting). The CNA position was created over 21 years ago. They need to know how we feel about our work.
