By the time I got the the nursing home for my meeting, the Staffing Coordinator was moved into her new office, with the ADON sign on the door. I turned around and walked out.
I love the facility that I work in, that's why I left agency. But,I have seen it go down hill in just a few short months, and don't know what to do. My DON has told me to give her input...She won't know anything otherwise.
So, I wrote her a note. I ended up getting blamed for "Everything... except Watergate"! I had 2 supervisors, and 2 CNA's upset for things I didn't even say. I felt so bad that I brought the letter to show them exactly what I had written. It's time for these High-School games to stop. If people would worry about their work habits and not gossip, this facility would be superior, again!
The one supervisor was so upset, that she completely ignored me Sunday night. I tried to let her know that she had a phone call, but she closed the door in my face. She told two of my favorite co-workers that I said they were lazy, that they sleep all night, refuse to help with my difficult residents, and the need to be moved to a more Difficult assignment...All of which I NEVER SAID!
Now, I have to sit down and figure out why this is happening to me. The sad thing is that I like working there so much that I won't leave, whereas others would quit in an instant!
