Hi I'm so glad you asked. I have years of working in Home Health and Home Care. The difference to me is the one on one care to the client. Some people prefer it this way rather tan bieng in a facility. However some like th interaction with others and the recreational activities in a facility. It also depends on the level of care. It is rewarding each day I am off of my shift. I go home and relax and think about the great service I have given to rehabilitate or assist a client after surgery in her home. It is down time at times and you should bring things to keep you busy. Most do not like you to set around because they are that way or they do not understand the full care plan. Some cannot be left alone and need 24 hr supervision. I have worked in various areas on Health care (mainly Home Health) I can work at all levels. Also you can work varying hours and days, 24 shifts, and shorter or longer hours. If you are a Student of various disciplines
