As a former immigrant, I really feel that living in another country is a matter of choice. As such people need to go out of their way and learn the language of the adopted country. The adopted country should not have to go out of the way to meet immigrants's needs. I see too much of it around where I live and totaly disagree of what is being done. I am all for free English classes if needed. Anything beyond that, absolutly not. Let's help people to be independent verses being dependent. No one published a rule of the road book in french for me or anything else. I can say that I am proud to be where i am today without anybody's help but my own. This is to be interpreted as my point of view only, meant to be a friendly one.
