I would really like to send this out to some of our trainers and mentors on the list serve to see how they would deal with it. Is this ok with you?
This is a very important issue and we do need to discuss it openly - you are doing a service by bringing it in to the open.

: Recently when being floated to another floor at work, I overheard one of the normal floor girls saying what a pig style about one of the resident's rooms. Speaking outloud. At the time no one was in the room(resident wise). Well Someone else must have heard her too beacause they went to the admin. office. But nothing was done about her saying this. Not that I know of anyway. But since all of this took place everyone in the nursing home is in a uproar over it. One person is saying she said you disgusting pig, another saying you f**** pig.

: Its like a rumormill. I told the admin what i heard. and that was the last i heard of it. Some people are saying she should be fired. But I feel differantly. Just since the resident wasnt in the room and that she was talking about the room not him?

: I'm comfused on where the line is drawn?
: Can someone help?
