Good for them to be working on the problems. I work on surgical floor and it can get crazy at times. I take vitals every 4 hours and use the data scope often. The nurses are so busy that I report to them any unusual readings to them right away. They just don't have the time to chase me down or wait for me to get done with vitals. We work as a team. We also double check all unusual readings. It is a high pace unit.
