In California, legislation was passed in October to have the Department of Health and Human Services develop appropriate staff ratios in nursing homes. I was wondering how you all felt about the development of specific ratios and whether or not you feel this will help, due to the current staffing crisis in this country. I'd appreciate any comments you may have.
