Has any cna's heard of this?

Hi I'm a CNA, and I just start work in a new facility and a few residents of mine have c-dif in their bm? Has anyone heard of this? If so Could you tell me a little bit about it and its full name not abbreviated. I few girls I work with claim they might have it. And I would like to know the warning signs,etc
