A Tribute To The Elderly
We see them as children, crazy and so very, very old.
But had we known them years ago, the stories they would have told.
Think of all the knowledge that they carry, that we could have possessed.
But as we see them now with their weak and fragil minds
you never would have guessed.
But as they are we somnetimes forget, that they are people too!
With feelings and compassion, just like me and you.
So remember when your with them, that this is not a game.
For as time goes on, we all grow old, and soon,we'll be the same.
