hi, i was wondering if anyone knows what i can do if i was certified in 1998 and have not moved since then and have not recieved any renewal forms or paperwork in the mail. i have called sacramento several times requesting these forms, and they always say it will take about 4 months but i never recieve anything and now they are telling me that i have to retrain and get recertified by taking the test again. any suggestions?
