I know some nursing homes will offer training but then you, of course, must work for them and sign a contract for a specific period of time. If you for some reason don't fulfill your contract (awful employers?).. you will be paying them back some money. This is what I found out in researching a few years ago in the small city in Ohio I live in. However, many places seem to be doing away with this and want you to get your training beforehand.I'm not familiar with Baltimore but how about a vocational school or high school that offers adult education classes?
