I feel for ya, truly do! It definately makes a already stressful job MORE stressful with a nurse like that..but from experience..management will get tired of all the complaints from the CNA's ( you got to complain!) and they'll realize losing good CNA's like yourself isn't worth one LPN who is on a power trip. HANG IN THERE!
