States rules may vary and you really need to discuss this with your State agencies. But this very possibly could be grounds for abandonment and loss of certification - but only your own state agency can make this ruling.

When problems erupt on a unit it is important for all to know how to handle so this does not happen. There are ways to deal with difficult situations without walking out.
