Hello. I first became a CNA in Ohio 04/04/2000. I later moved to TN and got my CNA license transferred on 07/12/2000 from OH to TN. Later I moved to Georgia and once again received my CNA license and transferred from TN to GA on 09/05/2002. Now, I have moved to TX (my husband is in the military) and I am looking into getting my license for Texas. When I called the GA Nurse Aide registry to check on my status it said that I became eligible for CNA 07/12/2000 and that it expired 07/31/2004. Does anyone know exactly what I have to do to be put back on the Nurse Aide Registry? I was always told by my employers that I just had to stay active by working and not letting 12 months go by without working. I have called the TX Nurse Aide Registry and I do have their number. However, I do not have any answers, can anyone help? Please e-mail me [email protected]

Thanks,
Michelle
