Hi Natalie
The pay depends on where you live and where you work. Hospitals tend to pay more than long term care. Drs offices somewhere in the middle. As far as school some nursing homes will teach you but then you owe them and have to work for them for whatever amount of time they contract for.There are Adult Ed schools you can go to. Again it depends on where you. Call the board of nursing in your state they can help
