Dearest Dom

So good to see you on the message board. Hope you are getting lots of good energy because we are sending it your way.

This issue is being disputed in many different arenas however, the folks in Seattle came forward with this class action suit. I do not believe in frivolous lawsuits and this will be pegged as one, however, this issue is certainly not a minor issue. This is about the welfare and wellbeing of our elders and disabled who cannot care for themselves. Sure we might luck out and get a feeding asst who can feed but there are so many things that can go wrong! And NAs themselves see feeding as a complex task requiring a high level of attention, decision making as well as skill.

Hope you will keep us posted on this.

Blessings
