I got certified in the state of South Carolina for cna but I moved to Tennessee before they expired and I had them transfered, then I moved back to South Carolina before they expired in Tennessee and put in for another trasnfer but the nursing home I worked at in TN wouldnt send any papers to verify that I had worked there.I sent a check stub along with 25$ to get my licences renewed for South Carolina and they sent it back saying I had to ssend a paper from the actual place I had worked at in TN.I couldnt get them to send the paper so my licences expired in 2003 for TN and my SC expired in 2002.How can I get my certification back without going back through the tests and clinicals and FEES.....Anyone please help...email me if possible...Thanks....
