Hi Michael
If the place you work is union go to them. If not get a copy of your scope of practice (most places have them) that will tell you what you are covered to do by your employer. Anything you do out of your scope can cause legal problems. Or call the Board of Nursing in your state they maybe able to help with what CNA are legally allowed to do. Hope this helps
