Laura, that is great! You already have the RN license, so that hurdle is cleared. You will have to check in your area to find what facilities are in need of an instructor and you will have to take a class that teaches you how to teach the incoming new CNA's what they will do on the job. Check with your local State Health Department, they will help you in any way they can!
