I have been a working as a nurse aide for 9 years I have worked at several places. I have quit a couple of places just because I didn't like the care that the residents recieved I complained and nothing gets done I am unemployed now because of it I really want to work. Am I wrong for wanting the residents to have the best care possible. I also have been to several interviews and wasn't hired because I ask them questions about the type of soap they use deoderent and all the special care needs. I am totally not sure if that is why I didn't get the job but I belive so.
