Yes but you need to request reciprocity to your new state. You need to do this as quickly as possible.
You can find more info about reciprocity and also the addresses for your home state and for Missouri on this web site. Go to the buttons on the left side of the page. Click on New NA FAQ Click on How to find a training Program - scroll down until you find your old and new states - copy this inf0
Then click on "how to apply for Reciprocity" for tips about how to apply to each of your states.
