Lets get this taken care of as soon as possible so we can get you out into a good care setting.

1. Did you work in GA between 2002 and 2004? If so, then you need to get a pay stubb or a letter from your employer n GA stating that you were employed as a NA, send this to the office in GA and ask them to reinstate you in Ga. Do not send originals - make sure you only send copies and that they are marked copy.

The folks in TX may also help you do this - they key here is to get your documentatino that you did work and were eligible but just sliped through the cracks someway when it was renewal time.

Question to ask in GA is how they do renewals - if they sent the renewal notice to you and you did not get it, then you appeal based on this, if they sent it to your employer and they did not send your info to the State, then this is a different issue. Resolution of this however starts with you documenting that you were eligible to be a NA. So find those paystubbs or ask for your personell records or a memo from your employer. Take these steps first and if this does not work then call us and we will intervene on your behalf but we also would need documentation of your work 2003-2004.

Good luck
