The rules in States differ so I can put you in touch with the right folks in your state if you tell me the name of your state.
On this web site, you also can find the list of [phone number of for the State office of your NATP program - go to the left side of this page. Click on New NA FAQ, then click on how to find a training program in your state - this will include alist of the STate agencies - scroll down to find your state and contact the office there.
