Your best bets in Cleve right now seem to be the Am Red Cross, Montifiorre, Menorrah Park, or call the Ohio Dept of Health to request a list of training programs. In addition, every NH in the state has to have access to training. if you go to a NH and ask for a job, they should be able to either provide training or send you to training.
