The Long Term Care Facility that I work at has recently gotten new administration in the DON office and I know that I certainly appreciate these women day in and day out.. not only do they care about the residents and care they receive, they also care about our work conditions and work as hard as they can to allow us the staff that we need.
One Charge nurse downloaded the banners from this site and printed them out as well as several poems and many other things about NA's. There are several other plans in the process I am sure, but that is all that has happened thus far. Happy NA week everyone!!
