A.A.A.E.Y.C. offers a wide variety of professional development opportunities throughout the year. Semi-annually the Health & Safety series is offered. The organization also offers a monthly program year training that is geared for individuals working in the classrooms as well as directors. All trainings offer in-service and CDA, many classes are IACET-CEU creditable for those individuals working on renewing their CDA credential. The majority of presenters have a Master's Degree and several years of experience in the early childhood field.
